Our Client Relations Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and the internal team to successfully achieve and overdeliver upon social media goals by utilizing strategic creative combined with agency and industry knowledge and tools.

Role Summary:

The Client Relations Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients that are mostly in the CPG industry. Account Managers liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital marketing solutions.


Build long term relationships with clients based on trust, consistency, and results. Communicate regularly with clients via calls, emails, and shared CRM’s
Investigate and maintain a deep understanding of clients wants & needs.
Maintain day-to-day workflow of client account by building monthly content calendars, sourcing content & writing captions, developing creative concepts & strategy, creating videos & gifs
Utilize client criteria and knowledge of social media trends to identify influencer brand partners on social media platforms and in the LMS database
Keep up-to-date on trends within the social media, influencer marketing and client industry that can be applied to day-to-day activities
Build optimization plans by analyzing data from Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify and other softwares that will be revolving based on specific client and technology evolution.
Build and implement ongoing reporting for clients, case studies, and internal marketing documents.
Consistent upselling & cross selling opportunity identification and implementation.
Manage outside vendors related to specific clients.
Ensure the highest level of professionalism is maintained on assigned accounts, and work to meet and exceeds expectations
Accountable to a list of evolving responsibilities, based on strengths and company needs
