We manufacture industrial pipe insulation from Glass-fiber on proprietary machinery by carefully and artistically hand applying liquid mastic to g-fiber on mandrels. This careful and consistent process is necessary to produce a stable and repeatable product which must pass stringent quality control testing.
Our process is fully tested and is safe and environmentally stable. Quality production workers are a great asset, and we feel neurodivergent people will thrive.
